
WholeSum is a UK-based AI / data-analytics startup that turns unstructured qualitative text, surveys, reviews, interview transcripts, into reproducible, statistically-grounded insights. We partnered with WholeSum to validate self-serve demand and drive direct API adoption through a clean, fast UX focused on time-to-insight. The product was designed in 4 weeks, built in 10 weeks, validated through 2 weeks of UAT, and shipped on time on Next.js + Nest.js + PostgreSQL with S3, Cognito, and Elastic Beanstalk on AWS.
